Mephisto Theatre Company is a Galway-based ensemble of theatre practitioners. We develop & stage new writing, produce both established & lesser-known texts and also devise performance art. Mephisto creates an environment where its writers and performers are encouraged to be dynamic, courageous, intelligent and imaginative. The only criterion for choosing our plays is that they have an elusive magic that empowers the actors and captivates the audience.
